Chief Executive Officer
Phil has over 20 years of experience in engineering, technology applications, technology start-ups and real estate investing. He holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin and has started several companies, from investment firms and private technology start-ups to real estate holdings.
He holds dual US / EU citizenship and is the inventor and owner of a United States patent.

Chief Technology Officer
Ram has been involved in organization processes for 30 years. A civil engineer by profession, the power of computing drew him into information technology, and he has served at the executive level for other organizations.
When he is not working, you can find him photographing birds or playing music.

Geetika founded arroWebs and has been instrumental at every stage of its growth. As COO she oversees the operational side of the business, and likes to dabble in strategy, finance, project and team management.

Aditya brings more than 20 years of client consulting and consumer goods marketing experience with top organizations in India and other markets. Now based in Dubai, he helps client organizations put the power of information technology to work.
An ardent sports fan and passionate squash player, he also likes to read and listen to music.
